- Some quests now have working requirements. This means some NPCs may show the icon indicating they have a quest available, but when a character speaks to them, they are presented with a standard conversation instead. This is a means of enforcing quest requirements (a temporary measure). If the standard conversation does not present options to initiate a quest, then please assume you do not meet the requirements (which can range from things like class, race, possessing an item or feat, etc).
- Lysonius the Timeless and Adara the Apprentice now have requirements. Both quest lines were intended only for a particular situation, and so characters that were able to (incorrectly) complete the quests will be asked to surrender the quest rewards to a DM. This means some characters will lose a Rod of Frost or a Signet of the Apprentice
